Responsibilities


  • To do the administrative job

  • Sourcing for contractors/Raise WFG & PO

  • Ensure and monitor the stock of the office supply

  • Assist in coordinating daily operations when require

  • Responsible for the general office maintenance

  • Taking care of cash advance

  • Logistic assistant

  • Assist with sample courier/dispatch

  • Back up driver formain logistic

  • Logistic arrangement & booking placement for DHL, GDEX & others courier.
