Position: Administrative Assistant
Requirements:
  • Minimum degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (Mandarin is mandatory to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Computer literate: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with office processes, including filing, handling mail, and directing telephone calls.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong record-keeping skills.
  • Proactive and able to assist colleagues with ad-hoc tasks.
  • Able to learn and use the BIMS system (training will be provided).
  • Possess a valid driving license.
