Job summary

A local-grown company in Selangor is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their office in Puchong. The role involves supporting the sales and marketing department, preparing delivery orders and invoices, and maintaining inventory records. Candidates should possess a Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia are required. Responsibilities

  • Support superior/sales & marketing department in overall operation.
  • Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and submit e-Invoices.
  • Print stickers for packaging and arrange delivery.
  • Prepare purchase orders in the system.
  • Update stock card manually for inventory.
  • Maintain and file all sales documentation.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Assist other employees whenever needed.

We are looking for candidate to fill the position of Administrative Assistant in our Puchong Office.

Details of responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

Responsibilities (On Job training and ISO9001 QMS training will be provided)

To support superior / sale & marketing department in overall operation

To prepare delivery orders, invoices and submit e-Invoice through Company's Accounting system

To print stickers for packaging and arrange delivery

To prepare purchase orders in system

To update stock card manually for inventory

To maintain and file all sales documentations

To undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior

To assist other employees whenever needs arise

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Office, both Word and Excel

Good written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Independent, responsible and friendly
