Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Providing general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintaining and organising office supplies, equipment, and other resources.
  • Assisting with the preparation reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency.
  • Any adhoc matters requested by the management.
  • Work closely with our F&B side business.
  • Manage the utilities booking system to ensure no scheduling conflicts and to prioritise Leadership requirements.
  • Take minutes of meetings as and when required.
Requirements
  • Experience in administration.
  • Key responsibilities include office administration support, logistics and coordination, documentation and record management, vendor and service provider support, and support for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite including MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  • Being self‑motivated, analytical, resourceful and having strong integrity are important qualities; and
  • A good working attitude and willingness to travel are expected.
