Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and editing documents and reports.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Manage and update databases to ensure the accuracy of information.
  • Support other departments when needed to ensure the effective flow of information and office operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum STPM / Diploma in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
