Job Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and departmental activities.
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and correspondence (letters, emails, reports) accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel or logistics arrangements.
  • Monitor office supplies, equipment, and service contracts, and liaise with vendors when needed.
  • Support internal communication by preparing memos, notices, and basic presentation materials.
  • Handle data entry, record keeping, and prepare simple reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support events, projects, or ad‑hoc tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital tools for scheduling or documentation.
