A local business in Malaysia is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the management team. Responsibilities include performing office tasks, managing calls, assisting visitors, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, possesses at least 1 year of experience, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. A positive attitude and strong attention to detail are essential for this role.
Perform administrative and office support tasks for supervisors and the management team.
Answer and manage incoming telephone calls professionally.
Receive, assist, and direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Manage and order office supplies to ensure sufficient stock levels.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient office environment.
Ensure all office equipment and appliances are functioning properly.
Assist with document filing, data entry, and general clerical duties.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules when required.
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in administrative or clerical positions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
