A leading engineering firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Admin Support Services Personnel to assist with various administrative functions. The role requires at least three years of experience in building or facility maintenance and familiarity with document management processes involving authorities such as LHDN and banks. Ideal candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office and demonstrate energy, good organization skills, and readiness to support daily office operations.
The minimum qualification is SPM or any technical certification in Facility Management /Electrical Engineering with minimum Three (3) years experience in Building/Facility maintenance services. Familiar with the administrative of documents management with Authority such as LHDN, Banks and able provide immediate dispatch services upon needed.
Microsoft Office and its tools for report and data compilation. Energetic, quick to bring the challenge, good style and capable to cover matters which related to the Admin Assistant and able to work in odd hours. In addition, will support others in Office Services daily operations.
