Transync Telecommunications Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Admin Support / Executive to join our team in Petaling Utama, Batu7 off Jalan Klang Lama, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems
  • Schedule and service coordinate appointments, and arrangements for our team
  • Assist with data entry, report preparation, and other administrative tasks as required
  • Liaise with internal and external interested parties to provide support and information
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
What we're looking for
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients and preferred in Mandarin language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
