Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update daily stock and inventory records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for orders, deliveries, and restocking.
  • Prepare purchase orders, delivery notes, and related documents.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient supply.
  • Assist in receiving and verifying incoming goods.
  • Maintain organized filing of documents and invoices.
  • Work closely with store staff to resolve stock issues.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly inventory reports.
  • Ensure store supplies are stored systematically.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.

Skills
