Sing Huat Motors Sdn Bhd, an automotive retailer in Penang, is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Administrative Sales Service to join their team. This full‑time position is based in our Jelutong, Penang office and will play a crucial role in supporting the sales operations of the company.

What you’ll be doing

Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and updating customer records.

Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation.

Coordinating with the service department to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.

Maintaining and organizing the sales and customer service filing systems.

Handling general office duties, such as answering phone calls, greeting customers.

Supporting the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives as required.

What we’re looking for

At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high‑quality customer service.

A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the company's needs.
