Job description
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain tenancy agreement records and prepare monthly rental payment proposals
  • Handle insurance claim matters and follow up with relevant parties
  • Review and verify staff expense claim reports
  • Coordinate and arrange air ticket and hotel bookings for business travel
  • Conduct staff claim briefing for new joiners
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
