We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Admin Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative support to the company's operations and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations.
  • Supervise clerical and administrative staff.
  • Manage correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain office inventory, including stationery, equipment, and supplies.
  • Handle petty cash, including recording, disbursement, and reconciliation.
  • Serve as a point of contact between management and staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
  • Implement and uphold office policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Prefer more than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
