At HANA LAKKSHMI & ASSOCIATES', we are seeking a dedicated Admin Legal Clerk / Accounts Clerk to join our team in Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will provide crucial administrative and clerical support to our legal and accounting departments.

What you'll be doing
  • Maintaining and organizing physical and digital filing systems for legal and financial documents
  • Providing administrative assistance to the legal and accounting teams, including typing, proofreading, and data entry
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and letters
  • Assisting with the preparation of invoices, client statements, and other financial records
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for legal and accounting personnel
  • Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing office supplies
What we're looking for
  • Excellent administrative and clerical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with legal and/or accounting terminology and practices
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
