We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Admin Inventory to join our team at Bangsawan Distribution Sdn Bhd, based in Alor Setar, Kedah. As an Admin Inventory, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the efficient management of our inventory. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing
  • Maintain and update inventory records and stock levels
  • Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure smooth inventory flow
  • Monitor and track incoming and outgoing goods
  • Prepare inventory reports and summaries for management
  • Assist in procurement and stock replenishment processes
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of stock items
  • Support other administrative tasks related to inventory and warehouse operations
  • Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time
What we're looking for
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse administration is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
