Responsibilities
Admin & Office Support
- Prepare letters, invoices, and basic documents
- Process customer requests (refine, corrections, etc.)
- Assist with external matters (KWSP, Bank, TNB, Maxis, utilities, etc)
- Manage pantry and office supplies
- Assist in organizing company events
- Assist in daily office operations
- Check and monitor staff attendance records and overtime records.
HR & Recruitment
- Post job vacancies
- Manage recruitment timeline
- Source and manage interns
- Handle basic HR documentation
- Support the team with coordination tasks
Customer CRM
- Follow up with existing customers for feedback
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Assist in managing gifts for High Purchase customers
