Responsibilities
Admin & Office Support
  • Prepare letters, invoices, and basic documents
  • Process customer requests (refine, corrections, etc.)
  • Assist with external matters (KWSP, Bank, TNB, Maxis, utilities, etc)
  • Manage pantry and office supplies
  • Assist in organizing company events
  • Assist in daily office operations
  • Check and monitor staff attendance records and overtime records.
HR & Recruitment
  • Post job vacancies
  • Manage recruitment timeline
  • Source and manage interns
  • Handle basic HR documentation
  • Support the team with coordination tasks
Customer CRM
  • Follow up with existing customers for feedback
  • Maintain good customer relationships
  • Assist in managing gifts for High Purchase customers
