Responsibility
  • Assist in all aspects of secretarial duties and administrative matters
  • Assist in the incorporation of new companies, prepare resolutions, minutes, statutory forms, announcements, etc.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating statutory books and records of clients
  • Liaising with clients, SSM and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters
  • Ensure prompt response and delivery of assignments to clients.
