Job summary

A global PCB manufacturing provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an organized Admin Executive to manage office administration and support basic HR tasks. This is a fully onsite role where you will handle daily operations, assist in onboarding/offboarding, and maintain documentation, among other responsibilities. The ideal candidate has at least a Diploma and 2-5 years of administrative experience. Strong Chinese communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential for this position.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in administration; HR exposure is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and procedures.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and neat in work execution.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Admin Executive to manage comprehensive office administration while providing basic HR support. This role offers a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work and wants to grow into HR responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Liaise with landlord and building management for tenancy and maintenance matters.
  • Follow up on rental payments, utilities, and office-related bills.
  • Purchase and manage office stationery, pantry supplies, and inventory.
  • Submit and track internal OA system processes and approvals.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation.
  • Coordinate office activities, events, and team-building programs.
  • Ensure office environment is clean, organized, and professionally maintained.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.
Basic HR Support
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Track attendance, leave requests, and HR-related administration.
  • Support internal HR coordination and communication.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
