Job summary

A leading company in Malaysia seeks an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. Responsibilities include providing administrative and secretarial support, managing the CEO's calendar, and organizing travel arrangements. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, have 1-2 years of relevant experience, and possess excellent communication skills in Malay and English. Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of working experience in a related field is required, fresh graduates will be considered.
  • Fluent in Malay and English, both written and verbal.

Job description

Provide administrative and secretarial support to CEO& Support CEO in daily business and personal errands.

Manage CEO’s calendar, coordinate meeting schedules & compiling documents for meetings.

Arrangement for external visit when required.

Type and draft letters, memo, reports and other documents and file correspondence and documents.

Respond to email, WhatsApp, phone call or other correspondence as directed.

Plan travel arrangements for the CEO, purchase flight tickets and hotel booking, and organize event functions as required.

To manage confidential documents, correspondences, and records and maintain an organized filing for smooth data retrieving

Monitor and follow-up with the internal and external parties to ensure that all outstanding agendas/issues are properly monitored and urgent matters are prioritised.

Any other duties as assigned from time to time by the CEO

Handling any other ad-hoc duties from various projects as instructed by superiors/ management from time to time

Support the CEO to manage his workload and activities

Keep track and follow-up on inward and outward requests for information, outstanding reports and correspondences

Liaise with internal staffs from other departments for requests of information, meetings and other requirements for CEO

Ability to analyse and solve problems independently& have experience in project report, slide presentation

Job Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent

At least 1- 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate will be considered.

Possessed excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Malay and English.
