Job summary

A leading energy company located in Kulim, Kedah, is seeking a responsible individual to oversee various operational tasks. This role includes managing daily canteen operations, staff accommodation, cleaning and landscaping services, and company transport. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently. Relevant experience is a plus, but those willing to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily canteen operations and ensure food quality and hygiene.
  • Manage staff accommodation, including maintenance and inspections.
  • Supervise factory cleaning and landscaping activities.
  • Handle company transport management and driver supervision.
  • Coordinate visit arrangements for clients and ensure a presentable reception area.
  • Assist in organizing company events and maintaining workplace signage.
  • Implement departmental policies and SOPs as required.

EVE Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd – Kulim, Kedah

Responsible for overseeing daily canteen operations, coordinating with vendors, ensuring food quality and hygiene, handling feedback, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsible for managing staff accommodation, including daily operations, room assignments, maintenance coordination, organizing regular inspections and fire drills, and ensuring compliance with safety and facility standards.

Responsible for managing factory cleaning and landscaping, including vendor supervision, routine inspections, pest control, maintenance coordination, and emergency handling.

Responsible for managing company transport and drivers, including scheduling and supervision, vehicle maintenance, insurance and road tax renewals, accident reporting and claims, and other related tasks.

Responsible for receiving and welcoming clients, coordinating visit arrangements, ensuring a presentable reception area, and supporting all tasks related to customer visits.

Plan, coordinate, and assist in organizing company events and activities.

Uniforms and office stationery management, including distribution, inventory control and purchase requests etc.

Prepare and maintain necessary workplace signage.

Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and SOPs.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department.

Job Requirements

Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of working independently and responding effectively to challenges and emergencies.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
