We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Office Administrator to support the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the office. This role involves handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling meetings and travel, managing office supplies, and coordinating staff events. The Office Administrator will also assist with hostel arrangements for expatriates and provide general support to the team on various administrative matters.

What You Will Do:
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in organizing staff events.
  • Handling hostel arrangements for expatriates.
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, and redirect them as necessary.
  • Support the team with various administrative projects as needed.
