Job summary

An automotive company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a diligent individual for vehicle sales documentation and administrative tasks. You will handle new vehicle sales orders, assist in loan applications, and manage insurance renewals. When applying, a minimum qualification of Diploma or SPM and proficiency in MS Office and SQL software are required. The role offers RM 2,100 to RM 2,300 per month, as well as benefits including annual leave and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all documentations relating to Vehicle Sales.
  • Register new Vehicle Sales Orders and issue receipts.
  • Ensure payment procedures are followed correctly.
  • Assist the sales team with loan applications.
  • Prepare renewals for Vehicle Insurance and road tax.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, scanning.
  • Input data into the accounting system.

Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle all documentations relating to Vehicle Sales.
  • Register new Vehicle Sales Orders, issue receipts, initiate new vehicle insurance issuance, etc.
  • Ensure all payment procedures are followed correctly.
  • Assist the sales team with loan applications at banks and liaison with Bank/Finance Co. officers regarding loan processes and disbursements.
  • Assist with renewal insurance notices, prepare renewals for Vehicle Insurance and road tax.
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures.
  • Assist with any ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
  • Input data into the accounting system (familiarity with SQL accounting system required).
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
  • Minimum Diploma or SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & SQL accounting software.
  • Team player with good communication skills among colleagues and Sales Advisors.
  • Self‑motivated and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision to meet tight deadlines.
