  • Conduct finance data entry with SQL accounting.
  • Issue sales/purchase invoices and manage documentation.
  • File documents and manage deliveries.
  • Assist in office license applications and renewals.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job description

We are looking for an Admin Executive under CUEVIA Group in Corporate division.

Job Description

Responsible for daily routine of admin tasks and maintain smooth running of the office.

Organize and maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Prepare refreshments for meetings with clients/vendors.

Deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and calls.

Liaise with client and internal for documentation and communication.

Finance and account related data entry with SQL accounting.

Liaise with clients and suppliers to issue or generate sales and purchase invoices, purchase order, credit and debit note and etc.

Handle for documents filing including scan, photocopy, and data entry.

Receive and dispatch documents and deliveries.

Application and renewal process of the office licenses.

Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

Fresh graduates and applicants without experience are encouraged to apply as full training will be provided.

Any working experiences will be added advantage.

Candidates must possess at least a SPM/Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, and in any field .

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
