We are an established automotive company seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our daily operations. The successful candidate will handle vehicle registration processes, customer documentation, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle vehicle registration, road tax, insurance, and related documentation
  • Collect, verify, and maintain customer information and records
  • Prepare and submit documents to relevant authorities (e.g. JPJ, insurance companies, banks)
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and external parties on administrative matters
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the system and physical files
  • Assist in general office administration and ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience (automotive industry is an advantage)
  • Familiar with vehicle registration procedures and documentation
  • Computer literate (MS Office, basic data entry systems)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
