We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at Lifa Success Sdn. Bhd.. Based in Taman Molek Johor, this full-time position will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Handling general office duties such as filing, document management, and data entry
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents
  • Providing support for events, projects and initiatives as needed
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to streamline administrative processes
What we’re looking for
  • At least 2‑3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
