DAB Technology supplies a wide range of vacuum lifting devices and is the sole distributor of vacuum products in Asia Pacific. We provide vacuum solutions that improve performance and productivity. We are seeking for highly motivated Admin cum Purchasing to join our team.

Currently we are looking to fill positions:

You Will play an important role, such as

The role typically involves managing office records, performing basic accounting tasks like invoicing and including accounts payable and receivable.

Manage purchasing daily processing cycle from response to PR, get quotation, purchase materials (PO issuance), verify specifications and pricing issue, follow up delivery and etc.

Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials, packages and deliveries from local and overseas vendors.

Providing general administrative support like filing, data entry, and document management.

Prepare & manage correspondence, reports & documents. Basic Computer Knowledge (Microsoft office).

Compiling, maintaining and updating company records.

Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials.

Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports and managing the correspondence between the office and external bodies.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have

Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level.

Experience in admin or clerical related field is an added advantage.

Required Skill(s): Basic Computer Knowledge (Microsoft office).

Able to Speak and Write English, Bahasa Malaysia.
