  • Maintain accurate records for staff attendance and project documentation.
  • Prepare site office documents such as delivery orders and reports.
  • Support coordination of staff training and maintain employee records.
  • Assist HR Manager for any ad hoc tasks.

Responsibility
  • Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records for staff attendance, site manpower, and project documentation.
  • Assist with purchasing office supplies, stationery, PPE, and managing inventory.
  • Prepare site office documents such as delivery orders, memo, letters, and reports (if required).
  • Update and maintain employee records including personal files, staff movements, attendance, and leaves.
  • Support coordination of staff training, and CIDB registration/renewal.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
  • Assist in coordinating company events such as staff engagement programmes and festive activities.
  • Provide administrative support during meetings and prepare minutes (if required).
  • Assist HR Manager for any ad hoc tasks and ISO.
