Job summary

A local printing company in Johor is seeking an Admin cum HR (Ops) to support their operations. The ideal candidate will manage documentation, assist in quality control, and provide HR support including recruitment coordination. Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR/Admin/Ops preferred.
  • Mandarin language skills are a plus for supplier communication.
  • Experience in printing/premium gifts/signage is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with quotations, documentation, filing & tracking records.
  • Follow up orders with suppliers/vendors & delivery timelines.
  • Assist in QC tracking and order updates.
  • Provide basic HR/admin support: attendance, employee records, recruitment coordination.
  • Assist management in daily operations and provide executive assistant support.

KB Print Media is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Admin cum HR (Ops) to support our business in printing, premium gifts, and signage.

Job Scope:
  • Assist with quotations, documentation, filing & tracking records
  • Follow up orders with suppliers/vendors & delivery timelines
  • Assist in QC tracking and order updates
  • Basic HR/admin support: attendance, employee records, recruitment coordination
  • Assist boss/management in managing daily operations & provide Executive Assistant support (follow-ups, scheduling, coordination, ad-hoc tasks)
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • 1–2 years experience in HR/Admin/Ops (SME/start-up experience preferred)
  • Strong follow-up, responsible, detail-oriented
  • Mandarin is a plus (supplier communication)
  • Experience in printing / premium gifts / signage is a plus
