A local administrative firm in Klang City is seeking an administrative support professional. The role involves data entry, filing, and general clerical duties such as processing invoices and maintaining office supplies. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position requires independent work and the ability to travel, as well as experience in a legal firm being an added advantage.
Data entry, filing and any other general administration task in a timely manner.
General clerical duties including photocopying, data entry and mailing.
Process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Support basic bookkeeping tasks and financial document filing.
Assist in the closing files, storage file and filing systems.
Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.
Maintain office supply inventories.
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
Implement any ad-hoc instructions as required.
Provide general administrative support to the operation team.
To be able to drive around, and collect documents from respective client and land office if need be.
