ADMIN COORDINATOR (HUMAN RESOURCE DIVISION)

Responsibilities:

  • To provide clerical and administrative support to the Industrial Relation Executive
  • To ensure timely preparation, filing and safekeeping of documents related to Industrial Relations
  • To assist in the communication and coordination between Management, Unions and external parties
  • To support scheduling, tracking and monitoring internal investigations and domestic inquiry matters
  • To maintain records to ensure compliance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • To assist in preparing reports, minutes related to Industrial Relations
  • Assist in preparing draft correspondence, simple letters, notices, and documentation under the guidance of the Industrial Relations Executive.
  • Support the Executive in liaising with external agencies (MEF, IR Department, Labor Office) by preparing documents and arranging logistics
  • Liaise with staff, unions, and relevant internal departments to pass information or collect documents as instructed.
  • Perform any other clerical or administrative duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resource or equivalent qualification and approved by Malaysian Government
  • Minimum two (2) years working experience in related field
  • Experience in Industrial Relations would be an added advantage
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office & Analytical Skills

Position offered is on contract for one ( 1 ) year prior to the absorption into permanent post which will be subjected to the job performance.
