Job description
  • Performs multiple tasks with a strong focus on organizational duties.
  • Handle scheduling, processing activity from accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll, and performing other office-related tasks.
  • Answering and making phone calls, and greeting clients.
  • Ensure proper documents filing and sorting for all related file.
  • Preparing invoices, delivery order, quotation, purchase order, employee claim and all other related documents.
  • Renewal foreign worker permit
  • Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management.
  • Computer literacy MS office & Auto Count applications.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
