Job summary

A logistics company in Puchong seeks a detail-oriented individual to manage sales order processing and handle supply chain coordination. The ideal candidate should possess at least an SPM, have a year of working experience, and be proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate documentation and minimizing shipping errors. This position offers Monday through Friday work hours.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of working experience in relevant field.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (added advantage).
  • Willingness to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales orders processing accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate the entire supply chain process.
  • Verify documentation for customs clearance.
  • Manage shipping arrangements to minimize errors and costs.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage sales orders processing (domestic, international orders, etc) accurately and promptly
  • Be involved with the entire supply chain process, from preparing purchase order to sales order, delivery order, invoice, and other trade-related documents
  • Manage shipping arrangement to minimize shipping error and costs
  • Highlight and escalation when the planned delivery/shipment schedule is out of expected range
  • To verify documentation and coordinate with forwarding agent for custom clearance
  • Processing of sales and purchase orders from various customers in a timely manner
  • Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries
  • Process goods exchange, returned, write-off and issue credit notes wherever applicable
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM
  • At least 1 years of working experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Good working ethic, willing to learn, positive attitude and initiative
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
  • Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
