Join our dynamic team as an Admin Assistant (Junior Personal Assistant) supporting senior management. Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle executive tasks, and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, professional environment. Provide personal and administrative support to the Superior to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and itineraries.
Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Superior when required.
Prepare meeting materials, briefing notes, reports, and presentations.
Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Organise and maintain filing systems, ensuring safekeeping of important and confidential documents.
Arrange travel bookings and logistics.
Screen and prioritise requests, appointments, and communications before escalating.
Liaise professionally with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Performing occasional external errands (e.g., banking, document submission, pickups/deliveries, etc.)
Assist with ad‑hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Minimum qualification: SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
Strong communication, organisational, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
Possess own transport with a valid driving licence.
Discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
