We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join the team at Sauce Empire Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in our Kajang, Selangor office. This full-time role will provide vital administrative support to our operations, requiring excellent communication and organisational skills.

What you’ll be doing
  • Assisting with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Managing customer accounts, including orders and billing inquiries.
  • Assisting in coordinating collection efforts internally.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records using SQL Account system.
  • Supporting the customer service team with administrative tasks.
What we’re looking for
  • Proficiency in both Malay and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
