A leading company in Malaysia is seeking an Administrative Support professional who will assist in Finance & Procurement tasks and provide general office support. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience and should be proficient in Chinese and English for document handling. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential. This role demands strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Assisting and supporting Finance & Procurement through administrative tasks, and training will be provided
Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing (physical or digital systems), and document management for accurate records and files.
Assist in daily office operations and support other departments when required.
Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
