Daily routine administrative works in an Used/New Car Dealer office:

Responsibilities
  • Collection of deposit/purchase price and entry of bookkeeping;
  • Arrangement with Puspakom/JPJ test/registration of change of name;
  • Arrangement with customer for payment of purchase price, signing of bank hire purchase agreement and delivery of vehicle upon complete of documentation;
  • Able to use UBS accounting system, UCD programme, Winwords, Excel, email etc.
