A construction company in Malaysia is seeking an Administrative Support professional to manage files, ensure confidentiality of sensitive information, and handle procurement tasks for office supplies. Candidates must have a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree and at least 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required to communicate effectively with management. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a cheerful personality.
Organize and manage physical and digital files and documents.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Support the company's construction meetings and reports.
Handle procurement tasks for office supplies and equipment, including (but not limited to) purchasing, quotation preparation, processing, distribution, etc.
Manage general administrative functions, such as subcontract agreements and claims.
Maintain accurate and confidential records and databases.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree.
At least 1-2 years of work experience in this position.
Candidates with experience in a construction company will be an added advantage.
Able to write and communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (in order to communicate with management).
Cheerful personality with strong interpersonal skills.
