Job Responsibility
- Manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements, contributing to accurate financial record-keeping.
- Handle basic bookkeeping duties, such as data entry and reconciliation of bank statements, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and assisting with auditor inquiries.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve accounting and administrative issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Provide support in budget preparation and monitoring, assisting in tracking expenses and variances.
- Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records of disbursements and receipts.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.
- Proficiency in Account Management principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive Administrative Support.
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin

- Familiarity with Autocount Accounting Software.
- Must be able to work Onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
