Handle general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation, etc.)
Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders
Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with customer inquiries
Support HR, sales, and operations teams when needed
Maintain office records and ensure proper documentation
