Responsibilities

  • Manage and handle all incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Coordinate the delivery and collection of incoming and outgoing parcels.
  • Ensure sufficient office supplies and arrange for timely restocking.
  • Assist in arranging staff accommodations and booking travel tickets when required.
  • Manage utility services, including electricity and water applications and terminations.
  • Handle renewal and application processes for phone lines, fire extinguishers, and clocks.
  • Handle business license applications and renewals.
  • Manage documentation and applications for foreign workers, including work permits and passport renewals.
  • Liaise with government agencies and external parties on matters related to licensing, permits, and compliance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

ADMIN AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS JUNIOR EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Admin & Government Affairs Junior Executive to handle administrative tasks and liaise with government agencies and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
