A local service company is seeking a dedicated administrative professional in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth office operations, maintain filing systems, and manage office equipment. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience and a diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field. This role requires strong communication skills and adaptability. A proactive approach and experience in accounting or bookkeeping are preferred.

The candidate will be involved in providing administrative support to ensure efficient day to day office operations. Maintains physical and digital filing systems. Experience in accounting or book-keeping is preferred. Answers phone calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel, signs for incoming packages, operates and maintains office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines. Works with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand. Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
