Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal. Ability to assist in the preparation of financial reports. Capable of managing accounts and maintaining accurate records. Willingness to work onsite at Seksyen U1, Hicom Glenmarie Industrial Park, Shah Alam, Selangor. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, under the guidance of senior accounting staff.
  • Support account management activities by assisting with invoice processing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting-related queries and issues in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payments to vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds.
