Job description
First Air Sales & Services Engineering – Perai, Penang
  1. Update quotation, Customer PO, issue Sales invoice & delivery order
  2. Prepare PO to supplier and key in supplier invoice c/w update supplier payment
  3. Check email and reply email, pick up office phone call
  4. Update customer payment and issue Official receipt & statement of account
  5. Update staff punch card record and count for salary
  6. Any other duty(s) assigned or instructed by superior from time to time
Working hours:

5.5 working days (8.30am – 5.30pm) & Saturdays (8.30am-12.30pm)
