What you'll be doing
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports and presentations
  • Providing general office support, including filing, photocopying and organising office supplies
  • Assisting with special projects and ad‑hoc tasks as required
