We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin to join our growing team at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT'. This is a full-time role based in Bandar Putra Kulai Johor, where you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, word processing, filing, and maintaining electronic and physical records
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Supporting the management team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
