Job summary

A global professional services firm is seeking an Administration Officer in Kuala Lumpur to provide support to the Data Centre Regional Teams across Asia. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of administration experience, preferably in a construction or engineering environment, and must possess strong command of MS Office Suite. Additional skills such as organizational and multitasking abilities are essential, while fluency in an Asian language is highly advantageous. Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support to the Data Centre Regional Teams across Asia.
  • Support with the preparation of internal and external documentation.
  • Manage travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics for teams.
  • Schedule and organize meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Act as a focal point of contact between cross-functional market units.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, correspondence, and filing systems.

  • Provide administration support to the Data Centre Regional Teams across Asia, including both the regional leadership and the respective country leadership teams.
  • Support with the preparation of both internal and external documentation, such as periodic client review slides, bid/tender documents and/or meeting minutes.
  • Manage travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics for teams.
  • Schedule and organize meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Act as a focal point of contact between cross-functional markets units to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, correspondence, and filing systems.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration (construction/engineering environment preferred)
  • Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fluency in an Asian language e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese and/or Japanese is highly advantageous
