AKADEMIKPUSTAKAARBAIN' is seeking an experienced and versatile Admin to join our team in Kuala Berang Terengganu. As an Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our organisation. This full‑time position will involve a range of administrative duties to ensure the efficient management of our office and client‑facing activities.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents and presentations
  • Handling client enquiries and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records and databases
  • Assisting with the procurement of office supplies and equipment
  • Supporting the implementation of office policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and task completion
  • Performing other ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required
