Job description

Join us as an Accounts Officer and play a pivotal role in the company's financial management. As an Accounts Officer you will be responsible for a variety of financial accounting and reporting tasks, working closely with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Perform account reconciliations and analysis
  • Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Provide ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate financial data
  • Reviewing and implementing e-invoicing procedures
What we're looking for
  • Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in the Accounting industry
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in using accounting software (MYOB / ABSS) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese language skills would be an advantage
  • Detail‑oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
