Job description

Manage end-to-end accounting functions, including financial reporting, management accounts, and receivables.

Oversee daily finance operations and ensure smooth accounting processes.

Maintain proper documentation, records, and systematic filing of accounting data.

Prepare monthly performance reports, statutory accounts, and ad hoc financial analyses as required.

Monitor cash flow independently and coordinate with banks on financial-related matters.

Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and internal control guidelines.

Safeguard the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of all financial information.

Handle tax computations, estimates, submissions, and other taxation-related duties.

Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance.

Execute vendor payments and manage online banking activities.

Perform bank and account reconciliations on a regular basis.

Support audit preparation and assist throughout the audit process.

Undertake additional duties or special assignments as by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and tools such as Microsoft Excel; experience with Autocount is an added advantage.
• Good analytical ability with strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
