Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts receivable/payable, rent collection, and expense tracking.
• Handle banking relationships and oversee bank facilities.
• Negotiate and maintain banking facilities to support operational and capital needs.
• Oversee company stock matters.
• Liaise with company secretary, auditor, and tax agent.
• Monitor cash flow and update cash book.
• Manage and oversee all financial and operational transactions between related entities.
• Provide general administrative support.
